Polaron has been extremely pleasant to deal with quick email responses (with 24-48hr if not sooner). They took care of everything in terms of permitting, scheduling inspections and meter install. There wasnt much to do on our part other than to wait for the schedule to past and installation to be completed. Our system was installed on Jul 31 and solar production has exceeded our expectations. We actually had one faulty panel and Polaron was quick to send someone over to get it working. No only did they have a best price but they also had the most solar experience in Canada, which was the primary reason we chose them for our solar needs.
