A thorough inspection, supported by pictures and explanations, numbers from high tech tools, recommendations and even a timeline for repairs and work to be done. Mike's report was very impressive, and helped us make a decision that probably saved us tens of thousand dollars. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home, particularly a somewhat older property. We enjoyed the debrief that helped us made up our minds. The written report was also extensive and thorough.
