Terrible workmanship, cutting corners in the process resulted in a 4’ crack. They admittedly used paste epoxy not flowing epoxy. This is taboo within the industry. When I called to make them aware of the issue, I had to call 5 x’s, they Told me it was now my problem, and hung the phone up.
