Demo + Reconstruction to address leak
Marco and his team were a pleasure to work with. Our project involved addressing a water leak and was not straight forward: remove existing stucco and roof material involving bay windows/dormers, replace damaged wood, and then apply a new stucco system, flashings, and roofing. Marco was approachable and easy to communicate with from the planning phase and through completion. He brought his considerable insight and expertise both to the functional and aesthetic aspects of the project. His team was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone involved was courteous, friendly, and respectful of our and our neighbours' properties. The project was completed inside the estimated time frame and budget with impeccable finish quality. I would not hesitate to work with Marco and his team again.
