I am retracting a negative review regarding a time delay in getting my driveway ashpalted believing that the cold weather would have a negative impact on a proper installation. Joe convinced me that my concern was an overreaction and today I am eating my words. Joe sent Remo and his team of men and machine to my house this morning. Remo calmed me down immediately and was so conscientious about the quality of his work that he took the time to talk and walk me through the entire job as it was unfolding. It was incredible to see how efficient and effective his men conducted their duties. It was also obvious that West York has invested a lot in their state-of-the-art equipment and ensuring their workers are equally trained. The result was a beautiful, solid driveway. Thank-you.

Along with homestar comments and Asad's initial display of honesty I agreed to give an $800 deposit for the railing. No receipt, no contract. I was supposed to rely on his memory. He delivered a product that wasn't what I ordered, did not fit the porch, and was so poorly finished and welded that it degraded the facade. Asad agreed to a refund initially but his wife refused and engaged in a shouting match during which she called me 'crazy'. In the future I will be taking homestar comments with a grain of salt and I warn customers to be wary of this company.
