Like so many I was a victim of the enormous amount of rain that fell during October and November that caused water to flood my basement. Wanting to know if this could have been preventable, a family friend referred me to Carlo of Westside Drainage. I called Carlo and he asked me some questions and advised me on some temporary measures I could promptly put into effect as we scheduled an appointment. Upon his visit, Carlo did a thorough job of scoping the drainage areas while explaining to me how the drainage around the perimeter of my house. Carlo found a section that had debris in it and advised a flushing of the system. He gave me a number to call and the job was done three days later. I was very satisfied with the service Carlo provided and he told me i could call him anytime should any future questions arise.
