An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I am pleased to have to have the opportunity of submitting a review in support of the work Ray Morton has done for me over the past several years. Over the span of a number of projects, both in my home and in one of my rental properties, I have been pleased with the quality of workmanship evidenced in all instances. No Job has been too small or none too big. I have always been pleased with the neatness of the worksite and the attention to minute details. Unlike other contractors with whom I have had dealings over the years, I have been impressed by Ray’s willingness to make last minute changes in the project, without affecting the pricing of the overall project. In conclusion, I might say, it is refreshing to work with a contractor who is not preoccupied with just “Getting in, Getting out and Getting paid”.
