We've only had the new garage door and opener for one day so far, but we are in love! It has increased our curb appeal greatly, better insulated the garage and therefore our home, and it is sooo QUIET! Our old opener system worked, but this is certainly an upgrade. Rob's quote was fair and he was very upfront about all options, costs, and honest about what he deemed necessary vs. a luxury/esthetics; this is what secured our business (and made us go all in with our package haha). He was on time with the estimated schedule (3 weeks from approval), completed the installation early, and took the time to go through all the maintenance, warranty, and need to know items to keep it running smoothly.
