Curtis plumbed in a sink and dishwasher at a client of mines house. Didn't tighten the dishwasher supply line properly which ended up flooding their basement. Then cowrd away trying to blame it on me for turning the valve on, when a licensed plumber is suppose to pressure test everything before leaving a site and giving the all clear. (Pictures of the water damaged we had to repair posted). Secondly I get word that another client we had worked with has still yet to get Curtis to come out and finish the bathroom fixtures in which they have already fully paid him for. He's canceled on them on multiple occasions and keeps stringing them along that he will make it back but continuously making excuses. Needless to say, he isn't a man of his word, he does not stand behind his work. Run's away at any sign of trouble and won't man up and take responsibility for his mistakes. Sad to see his well known family business being mismanaged after so many years in the business.
