Bought Dishwasher, picked it up to avoid the delivery fee, was told if there is a problem in first 48 to return. DW had manufacture defect (another story) - slow hidden leak noticed on install. Notified CAS, advised to go to manufacture, requires service call, requires return authorization, 30 days later get replacement. Upon unpacking replacement, it appears refurbished and tested with water still in dishwasher. CAS notified and redirects back to manufacture as they only sell new - Apparently not. They are reluctant to go to manufacture on purchasers behalf, playing the numbers game. Lessons learned - use CAS showroom for viewing only.
