Joe was amazing! This is the third house that he has inspected for me and it was nothing short of professional. The thermal gun service that he provided is a must. It allowed me to see if my house was fully insulated or not. He was very detailed with his examination and didn't hurry things like other home inspectors who are there to make a quick buck. This is why I will use Joe again when I decide to move or purchase another investment property. Too bad he doesn't go to Florida, otherwise I would hire him there to look at some properties that I just picked up.
