I had them relocate my kitchen to where the dining room was, then turn the old kitchen into a ground floor bedroom. There were a lot of structural walls removed and opened to make bigger spaces. The original dining room had no insulation as it was plaster and lathe under the drywall, so it was completely gutted and rebuilt. All new wiring & old knob and tube removed. Many pot lights installed, new island built. The design of the kitchen and bedroom is amazing, and I am so incredibly happy with the outcome! Definitely will recommend FIA Renos to everyone I know!!
