The experience was amazing because of their attention to details. I was greeted and served by a designated sales person and also a professional interior designer. They offered great advice (of course, they are upselling their products), with the interior designer, she came to my place and measured and provided me several different plans and options within my budget. It is amazing how EQ3 took it to the next level by incorporating free professional advice - it is is absolutely meaningful since I often find myself spending an entire day looking around and ended up as confused as before. Poor, unwilling and rude. Half of the kitchen flooring was completed and then I was notified they ran out of stock on the tiles. They ended up taking out the existing ones then redoing the entire thing. Extremely incompenant, lack of knowledge and the staff are rude and unhelpful. When I complained to Rona, Rona explained to me that this is a self-owned store so corporate has little influence on their business practice. One word: FAILED!
