My Frigidaire front load washer was making a sound for months before it stopped working entirely. Didn't know what the issue was. I gave them a call, and technician came on time, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. Transmission issue. Appliances aren't really my field, but I can say they were professional, saved me from getting a new washer, and I would call them again. P.s I really don't like dumping things into landfills, if it can be fixed, get it fixed.
