Unlike another estimate given, Brothers Plumbing told us work could be done on exterior of our house rather than in our downstairs (in use) kitchen. This required digging a 14’ deep hole in winter conditions, however, the work was diligently carried out. Our valve was installed and the work area was cleaned up as well as snow and rain can dictate. Instructions were provided on how to maintain the valve and recommendations were given to perform this twice a year based on the size of our family. Paperwork and clear instructions were given to apply for the city subsidy.
