Two weeks ago the ancient "working order" dishwasher that came with my townhouse peed all over the floor and regurgitated food that wasn't ours all.over our dishes. Canadian Appliance Superstore, STAT! I selected a base model Bosch from the flyer. Unfortunately the one pictured with a black finish was discontinued and not available but they had an alternate more expensive white finish in stock. The kind salesman extended our warranty by one year for no charge. Hours shy of one week later the strongest - and smiley-est- delivery guy I have ever seen pulled our dishwasher off his truck, hoisted it over his head and then carried it up 3 flights of stairs to my kitchen. Wow. Not only that, but originally we were to our delivery could happen any time between 9:30 and 5 - then through further messages, the window helpfully narrowed between 9:30 and 12:30, and then delivered by 10am. Amazing. Delivery was $89.95 of cost quoted above; taxes $114.91

New Canadian has a big team and has always been able to dispatch someone at a convenient time. This last call involved having them repair/replace something I could no longer get a $120 replacement DIY part from Moen and do myself. While their plumber was here I asked him about a constantly dripping tap that Moen had sent the incorrect cartridges for. He replaced the tap with a basic, durable hotel quality Moen one and the issue was solved. It might have been less expensive to supply my own but overall it was convenient and limited how much running around I had to do.

Dave and helper came and performed the above noted work when I was forced to have an electrician in after an arc'd outlet caused a breaker to blow and required a master condo floor switch reset. Wish I had called Croatian electric in long before the required fix - the Phillips LED pot lights they recommended/supplied and rewired a switched, dimmable outlet to control are amazing and its so good to have the range hood installed and operating.
