Dave and assistant Brad got it done. I'm fussy. I wanted to hire someone who's skillful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, eager to please, a good listener, respectful, patient and tidy. Almost someone who doesn't exist. But I got used to hearing Dave's motto "I've gotta make it right for you", -- when he insisted on extra safety reinforcements. Or "Come and have a look" when he wanted to explain his modus operandi to complete a task. And I must single out the tile work because it's brilliant. And becoming a lost art. If you're happy with the estimate and Start Date you need to line up the other service people ASAP. Dave will suggest but never dictate so your ideas are safe.
