The first impression from Dion was very friendly and patient during our initial on site meeting. He took the time to answer our questions and made thorough measurements and notes of what we wanted. When he got back to us a week later for the design and quote, we were impressed at how well aligned the layout is with everything we wanted and how he put into more features which we absolutely loved. The itemized estimate was very clear and he attended to our questions thoroughly. He helped set our expectations in line with our budget and any variables we might encounter. With the pandemic there was alot of issues in supply, but they always had crew on site working and Dion always kept us in the loop and made alternative suggestions to accommodate for certain shortages. There was no stalling in work or any "surprises"in charges, what we got was a beautifully landscaped yard that made us spend our time much more outdoors.
