Our experience with Airdrie Air was amazing. We woke up yesterday and noticed that the temperature of our house had gone down by 5 degrees and was continuing to drop even further. Since we had never experienced furnace issues before, we were not sure what to do. After running some searches we found Airdrie Air and I am glad that we did. We put in an online request at around 830 am. In less than 5 minutes, I received a call from Shanna who was very pleasant and was able to accomodate us for the early afternoon. Since we were at work, my father-in-law went to our house to meet with the service technician. Our service technician was Clinton who did a great job with our furnace. He diagnosed the issue, replaced our ignitor in less than half an hour and also ran a 6 point furnace health check and provided us with his recommendations. Their pricing was also very fair. I have heard scary stories about other furnace companies, but our experience with Airdrie Air was stress-free. Lindsey called to follow up with my father-in-law to find out how the service went which I think also reflects how much this company values their customers. I am glad we used Airdrie Air and will continue to use their services in the future.
