I interviewed several contractors for this work, and decided to work with Cliff given that he clearly knows what hes doing, which is particularly important for underpinning. Ben, who is leading the project team, has a great crew. We plan on continuing to work with Pegasus on the next phase of construction (beams, cut-outs, excavation and footings for a new side addition). Most importantly, I can trust in the Pegasus team, which is so important when undertaking these kinds of projects.

Ive done two projects with Warren. One was a basement floor removal that had asbestos and the other was remediation work to prevent mold following a flood in our kitchen floor. Theyve done a great job each time and I will be doing more work with them shortly. Highly recommended
