Recently and one year ago, we had Bill from Vail Renovations do repairs and painting in an apartment in Ottawa. The apartment is rented as furnished. The owners of the apartment reside in Toronto and I, also a resident of Toronto was asked to oversee the repairs and painting of this apartment. Many of the arrangements made with Bill were made using email and phone conversation and ultimately resulted in my travelling to Ottawa for the finality of the project. I found Bill to have completed the tasks he was asked to do within the time he had estimated. As well, all furnishings, flooring etc. in the apartment had been protected during the painting process and remain as they were before he started the work. The paint job was immaculate. The repairs made were done expertly. The owners of the apartment were made aware of his work and are happy to depend on him again should the need arise. I also found him easy to work with and accommodating during the long distant relationship. I strongly recommend his services and expertise. Louise. Toronto, On.
