I've been waiting for years to finish my basement so we'd get a nice extra space with a rec room, extra bedroom, extra bathroom and an office. Somehow it would always get pushed back. Then I visited a friend of mine who had just had his basement finished. I loved his basement! It looked absolutely great and I loved it so much that I asked who he got. He told me it was done by NPC Renovations and had only the nicest things to say about them. This sealed the deal for me! I decided I didn't want to waste another day and called Natanael the next day. What a great experience it's been from the very first meeting! Natanael came for an estimate, explained the whole process, gave us suggestions and ideas on everything from tiles to cabinets. He was very helpful. We agreed on a start date, deposit structure and expected finish date. The crew was very courteous and punctual throughout the whole renovation, periodically cleaning and tidying the site. Any questions we had, we just called Natanael and he answered right away. And if he didn't pick up the phone, he called back soon after. Great communication throughout all this!! We had our basement converted into a paradise and our kitchen with the bathroom upstairs are absolutely beautiful! All was done on time, actually about 2 days early and we cannot be happier with the results! We're planning on extending our main floor next year and it's a no brainer we'll call Natanael when the time comes!
