I would recommend Preferred Window Coverings. Kevin came promptly to measure for shutters for our entire basement. He was very knowledgeable about the product & helped us to select the appropriate colour & fin size. He returned for the installation on time. He was neat, punctual and pleasant. We were very pleased with the work.

Our basement was cold, dark and damp; there was one outlet and 4 bare light bulbs for 1,600sq ft. of space. I had never met Lowell Lyons before he began our renovation, but he and his crew far exceeded my expectations. Lowell is very professional and organized. He was "on time" and "on budget". He has great ideas and is very open to new concepts & designs. Lowell's team is clean, quiet and efficient.
