I hired RenoMar Inc to completely gut and modernize a 1980s bathroom in my East York bungalow. I also wanted a main floor closet be converted to a laundry area. I am extremely pleased with how the job turned out. Olimpiu and his team were consummate professionals at every step of the way from quote, to helping source materials, to making recommendations for design layout and structure, and most importantly, on the build itself. The job included complete demolition, rerouting plumbing, electrical and light fixtures. Every step of the way, they left my home in a clean and safe state. It took 4 months of planning but the actual work only took two weeks and was efficient and stress free. The labour cost $18,700 including GST, but not including the cost of materials and items like the laundry appliances, tiling, vanity or toilet. In total, the whole job came in just under $30,000. I waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure nothing went wrong after the fact. Having spent as much as I did, I wanted to be absolutely sure that it was quality workmanship. Now that I've used this room and laundry for a full year, I can confidently say everything they've built is of lasting quality and problem-free. I will be hiring RenoMar again in future to do the kitchen and main floor. Thank you again, Olimpiu & team, for the excellent work.
