The owner refuses to fix deficiencies and finish the job after having spent over $100000 on a project his response is contact my lawyer... He double charged for some services and once we started questioning he ignored all emails and gave us his lawyers name and number. The work is very sloppy and unprofessional. He will underpriced the project and shortly after it’s started after the walls, doors etc are all removed the project manager is telling the quote is wrong it won’t cover ANY of the doors and trims. No worries with all your old doors and trims being in the dumpster you have no choice to agree to an extra $10000 for the exact same work NO extra that you were initially quoted. Many change orders throughout the project because of Mike misquoted several things... Save yourself the headaches and shop around for an honest contractor.
