Don't use them for pool/hot tub maintenance
As a former customer of Bona Vista for over 5 years, I easily spent 2X more on their services than I did for the hot tub itself. In the spirit of providing a balanced review, I'll point out the obvious: owning a hot tub or pool can be a massive money pit. It's not always the fault of the maintenance and service provider when things get wonky. That said, you do NOT want to rely on these guys as your trusted partner in this area. Over the years, I had a progressively worse experience with their timeliness, manners, quality of service and general sentiment that I mattered to them as a valued client. And when I finally (and politely) told them I was changing providers, that's when things really got interesting. This is the first review I've ever written online, which should in and of itself be all you need to give pause to your decision to use Bona Vista. There are way better, more caring, more cost effective options available in this market. Bona Vista has set an incredibly low bar for themselves, and amazingly they still find ways to disappoint.
