We found our pipe leaking in the basement last night due to the end cap being split. I called several plumbers this morning but only Rickey answered the call. He was here within a few hours and fixed the problem straight away. I have two small children and being 8 months pregnant I am very grateful for the prompt reliable service. Paid $78 for home Duct cleaning for 12 vents ($8 per additional vent) on a WagJag deal through GatewayHomeComfort. Isaac and Augustin came promptly and were professional. They explained the procedure and were finished within an hour. Very pleased with this service and would use them again. They educated us on a better filter to use but were not pushy for us to buy one. A great team of two kind polite men. If you use this service please always ask up front what it entails as some of these reviews were made by people who clearly didn't ask first. No dust was left and there was just minimal mess from one vent when the heating came back on, which was swept up promptly.
