Dwayne was terrific - the fastest to respond to my Homestars service request, patient and a good communicator to explain my options early on, flexible when my plans changed slightly, prompt, proactive followup, organized and friendly. Highly recommend.

After living with a frustrating door that wouldn't close consistently I went onto Homestars and submitted a request. Within about 12 hours I heard from Garage Door Geeks and they gave me some advice as to how I could likely fix it myself by using their YouTube videos but I needed it done quickly, so the next day they came out and fixed it. Anytime a company suggests an alternative from which they stand to make no money I trust them immediately. Great job guys - thanks again!

A toilet was leaking so I reached out to Homestars - I-Care Renovation was the only company that responded (within one day) and looked at photos of the problem to assess what it might need. They scheduled for the first day that I was available (they were willing to come on the weekend but I wasn't available), communicated clearly about possibly delays with rush-hour traffic and communicated en route as well. They removed the toilet, showed me the problem and explained why it was leaking, fixed it and even fixed something else that I've been holding off on for a while. Hi there -- I just need to get in touch with this company. Burak came in Dec. and I paid for him to fix my washer ($270) however after he left I realized the problem hadn't been fixed. He came back the next day and said he couldn't fix it and that the difference between what I paid and the visit fee of $70 would be refunded on my card - that hasn't happened yet - please contact me asap. The Hercules team was once again amazing! Arrived nice and early and got right to work -- the team was very respectful and careful with both my furniture and my walls and floors. They were especially careful and respectful of my beloved (yet incredibly heavy and awkward) Coke fridge and successfully got it through my tight basement stairwell and to its new home.

I have used Finer Edge several times in the past decade for interior painting, exterior painting and a number of small renovations. The service was great, the young lad was very very efficient and my windows look great! We haven't had the windows cleaned in a while and I'm so glad that we found Maple!

After reaching out to at least six other providers (including the ones who installed my system), the team at New Dawn Energy Solutions responded promptly, attended onsite, ordered needed materials and completed the repair. I had gone for months with several panels not producing and within weeks the New Dawn team had things back up and running. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them first when I install my next solar panel system!
