Pays attention to the exact details and also a great personality so you can trust him with your co workers or tenants to be a professional and positive reflection of your company or organization.

Andrey was a great tech. He treated my house as if it was his own. He was very cordial and polite. He even put on slips for his shoes. He was very efficient, effective, and to the point. Excellent tech, and while we don’t want anything else to go wrong, if it does it would be great to have him back.

Heed this advice and run away from this guy. You will save yourselves from a world of pain. Just try to keep this guy on a deadline and I promise you disappointment. Get used to excuses, distraction, and overall lack of focus on your project. A total waste of your time.

I paid Alan approx 500 for an inspection and it made me almost $7000 in savings off the purchase price....I don't think what I say from here can top that opening other than Alan is very good at what he does. I am a multi-property owner and used to doing my own inspections but there was something in particular out of my expertise I was looking to inspect for after my offer was conditionally accepted. He was extremely thorough and found things I would have never thought to look for. The knowledge transfer to me alone was worth the price as I learned a heck of a lot from the inpection - and as a master electrician I thought I has seen it all. He is great professional and I would use him again exclusively.

Great work. Relaible, on time, and competiively priced. Would love to use these guys again. He even took out permits on my behalf and looked after all the inspections, so I didnt need to be around for that.
