We hired the HIP to complete a floor to ceiling remodeling of our main floor (approx 1300 square ft) which took about a month from start to finish. The finished product is simply world class and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire them. In this job we required the services of a variety of trades, who were expertly coordinated. Going into this, we needed help with essentially all aspects of the design, planning, and coordination of the trades people as we both work and could not afford the time to handle it ourselves. The design phase was very customer friendly and they were able to clearly explain what options would work best, which we should reconsider and other ideas that simply would not work without adding a significant cost (we first had the idea to move a wall which turned out to be a load bearing wall). The choice of designs and finishes for the kitchen were laid out excellently and included many luxurious options. Once we made our decisions on what we wanted to do we signed the contract and got the start date foe the job. We first approached them mid-late 2021 and work began in March 2022. To begin the job they had to remove all existing baseboard, flooring, kitchen cabinets, and gutted the powder room. From there they completed a repair of the walls, installed new subfloor, and moved some of the electrical and plumbing in the kitchen as we wanted to move the sink and dishwasher. Once the demo and repairs were done they installed new hardwood and tile throughout the entire floor, put in new baseboard and painted. The kitchen itself involved new cabinets, a custom built pantry, and a custom dry bar for the adjoining dining room. The craftsmanship for the focal point of our home is nothing short of exemplary. We are in awe at how amazing the final product looks and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who wishes to remodel or update their home. Since the day the work started it was obvious that each of the subcontractors cared deeply about their work and their attention to detail. They were friendly and efficient and should be proud of the work they've done. I also wanted to note that any deficiencies (which were very few and minor) were addressed and corrected within days, a testament to their prioritization of customer service above all else.
