I contacted Jorge to repair a garden retaining wall that was on the verge of falling over. It was improperly built by a previous contractor, and improperly built is putting it mildly. When Jorge came to inspect the wall, he pointed out the flaws in its build, and what he would do to repair it. He provided a rough estimate based on what he saw. Jorge was very professional and detailed everything that needed to be done to prevent this wall from leaning and tipping over and then sent an email with the quote detailing everything that we discussed. His reassurances throughout the process and just speaking to him about his experiences with retaining walls made me confident that he would be able to repair this wall without issues. When Jorge started his work, he was working by himself and I was thoroughly impressed with how he conducted himself. He was always on time, always had a smile on his face, and was ready to work. He was attentive to all my questions, and had a high attention to detail while rebuilding the wall. If he didn't like how something looked, he took it apart and redid it. When he was finished for the day, Jorge made sure to clean everywhere and when he completed the project, my backyard did not even look like it went through construction. I waited until the winter was over to post this review as I wanted to see how the wall was standing after the harsh weather we had. Unlike the previous build, this rebuilt wall is still standing! I cannot say enough good things about Jorge and his work. I have already recommended his services to family and friends, and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.
