My tenant reported it still leaked to ceiling hours after Plumbtech adjusted the shower tap and declared all was fixed. I contacted the plumber, he then suspected tiles but refused to follow up as tiles were not his job. Future restoring the hole he opened on the ceiling for checking would not be his job neither. It was deemed as fixed by Plumbtech, sending me $300 bill for the remaining leak and a hole left. Another company fixed it several days later, mentioned seeing repair sealant on wrong place.
