Declan came on time (which is rare for a tradesperson) and always a man of his word. He even phoned to say that he would be a bit late. This kind of behaviour is unheard of :-) He even came back when there was a problem with one of the baseboard heaters that he installed. I would use him again, no question.

They finished the roof on time and on budget. They guarantee their work for 10 years. I called and asked them to flatten a couple of shingles that were sticking up after a month or so and they came and fixed, no questions asked. I have confidence that they would fix a leak were it ever to occur.
