From the moment we met Nicholas, we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the products and his amazing and friendly attitude. He heard our requirements and gave us some great suggestions based on how the porch was structured. Once we signed the contract, Nicholas kept in constant communication on the timing, when there were delays due to the weather and even on the day of the installation when he was only running late by a few minutes :). Now this is what I call true customer service! Nicholas and Daniel did an amazing job installing the railings and went above and beyond in ensuring we were completely satisfied! Thank you Nicholas!
