Valentin is amazing! Honest and knowledgeable trades are hard to come by these days. He will be our plumber for all future plumbing needs. He responded to my email quickly and set up appointment within a few days (I was in no rush). He arrived on time and was very respectful by wearing a mask and booties. He told me what should be done and what wasn’t necessary. He then gave me a quote for the job and fixed my issues then and there. He showed me how things work which I appreciate as a home owner. There’s a good reason he has 1400+ 10/10 reviews! Highly recommend.

So refreshing to work with such an efficient company! I called Monday night about my squealing furnace expecting for them to say they can come in a few days, and they were at my house in a little over an hour! My motor was shot and my furnace was old so I decided to get a new one vs fixing it. They came the very next morning at 8:00 am and I had my new furnace up and running by 11:00 am! Wow! From the guy who looked at my furnace, to the manager stopping by for payment and paperwork, to the two gentlemen that did my install, I was very impressed with everyone. They helped me guide my vehicles out of the driveway so they can park and they used my garage for access and put blankets down to cover my floors and wore booties. They left everything clean and tidy and took away my old furnace. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Valerie was a pleasure to work with, she helped us choose the right blinds for our home and went through a variety of choices with us. We ended up choosing roller blinds with blackout and we are thrilled with the outcome. They have a nice clean look to them and have a much lighter feel then curtains. We did master bedroom, master bathroom, dining room, family room and son's room. All turned out great. Thanks Valerie!

We had a toilet that was leaking into the kitchen ceiling below, an old insinkerator we wanted removed and an annoying toilet that rocked when you sat on it. We called Express Rooter and I was impressed immediately by the fact that they actually answer the phone and got us an appointment quickly. Our plumber was Andrew and he was amazing! He showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I learned a lot. He was punctual, efficient, and cleaned everything up after he left. Hard to come by a trade like this these days. We will definitely use this company again!

We used this company a couple of years ago to install a new air conditioner and new line into the house. We have had nothing but problems ever since. After one year the AC didn't work and we had to have it serviced. Summer # 2 we had problems again. They quoted us around $350 for the job but after they did all the work said it would be $700. That work was done towards the end of last season and when I turned on my AC this year, it doesn't work again. I've called them 5 times and e-mailed them once to come and service it and have had no reply. How do you go from being a well known company that's been around for a very long time and is "Holmes" approved to this? I do not recommend and will be using another company moving forward. Very disappointing!

Had a great experience with this company. They made the ordering process very easy and I was able to get my business sign up in no time. Great quality awning and install was quick and easy.

Tried them twice and was disappointed both times. They work ultra fast to finish your house and move on to the next. As a result, a lot gets missed. Nice ladies, but wouldn't do it again.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. I will give you the short version of my story to keep things simple. I hired this company originally to replace some doors a few years ago. I had a nightmare installer who ruined walls, hardwood floors, carpet and was simply awful. Doors were not installed properly and my original review was really bad based on this experience. The owners of the company apologized and were willing to do anything to make up for it. I needed my windows replaced so they offered me a great discount. They also re-installed the doors. Install went better this time. We had Runjun (sp?) who was very nice and punctual along with his team. My issue now is in the quality of the product--the caulking outside was only done half way up because they couldn't reach the other half of my very tall windows. I would have paid for a cherry picker or scaffolding but they said they could do it. They even put a ladder on top of their truck which did not look safe. So now I have leaking windows and the caulking that they did do is peeling off…again (they already re-did it once). Anytime I brought up these issues, they were brushed off and I ended up feeling like a was an annoying customer to them, when all I want is windows that don't leak. My neighbors used the same company but different installers and theirs is fine, so why can't my installers get it right? My windows also have moisture on them and moisture in between the panes of glass--this shouldn't happen to newer windows. Clera Windows--I wanted to give you a 10 but all I can give is a 3. We had a lot of back and forth and it's still not right. I'm happy to send you pictures of my water stained window sills and my peeling caulking that all needs to be redone. I shouldn't have to have this all done again. I'm not happy at all and would never recommend using them. This spring I will have to hire someone to re-caulk everything

Had our upstairs bathroom shower drain spout replaced because it leaked as well as an outdoor water valve that leaked and had no handle. A few little glitches at first, but Michael fixed the issue and was kind and courteous.

I had Rudy install new laminate floors and baseboards in my photography studio and him and his team were fantastic. They were punctual, stuck to their quote and helped me stay within budget. They left the place clean and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Rudy!!

Worst experience ever! One installer showed up for a two man job--he scratched our hardwood floors, dinged the ceiling and walls, cut himself and got blood on the carpet (and denied it)--also used one of my WHITE towels without asking to wipe it up, he put a dirty bucket on my sons expensive wool rug and left a ring mark, and he made a big mess with wood chips. We ordered doors with internal blinds and they were faulty--had to have replaced. One door leaked and all doors are hard to lock. The salesman was very apologetic and tried to help matters, but the installer ruined it for us. We have many more windows and doors to replace but will not be calling them back. UPDATE (NOV 8th)--I have changed my "zero" to a 10 because FM windows read my review and called me to fix the issues. They are reinstalling all 3 doors at their expense so that they are done properly as well as fixing the damage caused by the installer. It's great that they stand behind their product. They are a family run business and have gone out of their way to make things right. Thank-you FM!

When we first moved into our house, we had a plumbing issue in the walls and had to destroy two bathrooms to get to the source. We hired Charlie to renovate our main floor powder room (still need to renovate basement washroom) and he did a fantastic job. Charlie is reliable, always on time, stayed within the budget and helped us get our bathroom back in time for the holidays. We plan to hire Charlie again in the future when we are ready to renovate again.

Antonio and his team are simply the best electricians out there. We first met them when we were mounting our flat screen tvs on the walls in our old house. They had some challenges getting the electrical where they needed it and stayed until they got the job done. I next hired them to do all of the lighting and electrical work for my studio. They did a fantastic job and did everything in a timely manner. After that we hired them for our new house which needed a lot of new pot lights, dimmer switches, 3 ways, etc. They were always on time, always arrived when they said they would, they are very neat and tidy, and they are efficient. We had a lot of other trades doing work for us when we moved in and ALL of them were jokers--smoke breaks every 10 minutes, messy/sloppy, etc. Not Antonio and his team, with them you get nothing but the best. They come HIGHLY recommend from my husband and I, and we plan to use them for all of electrical needs for years to come.

We hired Matt in December 2010 to help us fix multiple holes in our ceilings from potlight additions/removal. Almost every room in the house needed patching. Most companies don't want to take on the smaller jobs, but Matt was happy to help. Matt was very courteous, stuck to his quote, was punctual, and took his time making sure the job was done right. We will hire him again for future projects.
