I contracted this company to install a new front door with sidelights. They came promptly based on their easy to find website. The technician sales person was more than helpful and promise prompt service in one week. I left a deposit of $2200 via credit card. After two weeks nobody has showed so I called to find out what was going on. Thats when the trouble began. They would not return my phone calls and then I realize that they operate under four different names. With four different addresses. I finally reached the owner who was very rude and unhelpful. He told me he would not refund my money because the door has been ordered already and it was going to take six weeks. I told him that the sales person had promised one week and he told me that was untrue. So if that point I cancelled verbally, and then in writing. Long story short its taking three months to get my money back from My credit card. I claimed a dispute and they came through. About two weeks ago the owner of the company called me in a threatening manner and told me he was coming over to get his money and his door in one hour and I had better have the police here if I knew what was good for me. So I did call the police in order to get a report to give to my credit card company. I never expected him to actually come here and the police also didnt expect it. However they took a report and I relayed the info to credit card company. Do yourself a favour and dont waste your time or your money. This guy is a classic fly-by-night expert. Im happy I got my money back but its a lesson learned.

The price was better than I had previously been quoted by someone else and they had way more selection so I went for it. Completed in less than two weeks and we are so impressed.
