My Mother-in- law referred me to this company as I was having issues with my washing machine being off balance and she had used them for years. At first I was very grateful for the work that was done by Glen. He came to my house on time, figured out what was wrong and explained to me what was happening. Once he was finished, he went up to my kitchen where he wrote the invoice. I thought it was strange that he opened up my fridge, oven and dishwasher while I wrote the cheque but I just brushed it aside. He then went on to tell me about some family drama which I thought was odd as I had never met this man before but again I brushed it aside. After he left I went downstairs to do my first load of laundry. I noticed he left my machine pulled out and crooked so I pushed it back the way it was when he arrived and the machine immediately went off balance again. I was frustrated he had left it in an awkward position and didn't level it in the position it had been in. Unfortunately I had to pull it back out and do my laundry with the machine in the middle of the small space to make it balanced again. Coincidentally, my Mother-in-law was having issues with her washing machine and when Glen went to her house she mentioned how my machine was left and how when I tried moving it, it went off balance again. Glen immediately got defensive and rudely said I should have left it the way he left it. I was extremely disappointed to hear the way he spoke to my mother-in-law when she was just mentioning something to him. I also did not appreciate the fact that he didn't take any responsibility for what he had done. In my opinion, good customer service would have been Glen immediately calling me to arrange for him to come back. Glen needs to be aware how rude and disrespectful he is. Again there was no reason for him to speak to my mother-in law the way he had. There was also no need for him to open my fridge, oven and dishwasher without even asking me. I also didn't need to hear what was happening between the brothers. Glen there are boundaries when providing a service and you definitely have no idea what they are. I recommend you work on improving your behaviour, people and communication skills. On top of this, unfortunately, my mother-in-law experienced a horrible situation today with Glen which left her shaken and in tears after using their services for 47 years. I'm disgusted to hear how you would speak to one your dedicated customers. After this, my mother-in-law and I will never use this company again.
