I originally used Orion on my previous house after having them being recommended by a relative. They redid my interlocking backyard and walkways. I wanted to reuse the stones as they were perfectly fine but had sunk and the design was very dated with railroad ties. Everyone else we contacted were not interested in reusing the stones which disappointed me. We were thrilled with the finished results and truly believe they helped sell the house. In my new home, I contacted them again to redo the backyard. I did not get any other quotes, did not consider any other company but went with them based on my previous experience. I was not disappointed. I recommended to my daughter and she used them to do her walkway and sitting area. She too was happy with the results.

Multiple windows and doors ordered including a replacement for existing patio door. As they were installing it in July, it was obvious that the opening was the wrong way and not the same as what was there. This was a sales rep error on their part. A conversion kit was ordered. In September the appointment was cancelled because their truck broke down. In October it was cancelled as staff sick. In November it was cancelled as staff quit. I have a pending December appointment. I cant put up my Christmas tree because the opening is wrong. Every time it took multiple emails and phone calls on my part to get the appointment. I have also been waiting since March for a storm door. I have NEVER heard from them despite phone messages being left as to the status. Winter is coming and I have been waiting 8 months.

They arrived Monday morning and gutted my kitchen. Great, I am anticipating we are getting started. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday no one showed up. On Thursday I called my KR Quality Control Specialist to confirm that my cupboards had indeed been manufactured and she did not know the answer. She would have to look into it. It is now Friday night and again no one has shown up to do work nor have I received confirmation that my cupboards are ready to be installed. So I have had no kitchen, no counters, no sink. Why they would demolish my kitchen but then not start. I feel the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
