We first used ICE two years ago when we lived in Brampton. After we moved to our new home last month, we realized we had a problem with mice and squirrels. We called ICE Pest Control & Wildlife Removal right away. As before, their service was fantastic. Donna, at the office level, accommodated us right away. They sent two technicians this time, one for the mice and another for the squirrels.I was told each division has different licenses and ministry guidelines. I am so pleased with their service & I am mouse and squirrel free. It is also comforting to know that ICE follows all regulations and does an amazing job. My new home is free from all critters. Thank-you ICE I would definitely recommend you to all my new neighbours.

We had raccoons break into our attic through the roof which was keeping the whole family up at night and driving the dog mad!! I called ICE and I knew I had the right company from the get go. As soon as I described the noises we were hearing the lady I was speaking to (donna) knew right away we were dealing with raccoons and understood the urgency I had to get the problem fixed. I booked an inspection and the tech they sent was very knowledgable and professional. I was pleased they were able to start the work the same day by installing a one way door and repairing two other entry/weak points. That night we still heard some noise, but all was quiet after that. The same tech returned two days later and removed the door, seal that hole and spray the attic space. The job was a complete success and not as expensive as I thought it would be.
