An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have dealt with Monarch kitchens for over a decade now, first with a total kitchen reno and more recently, an ensuite bathroom reno. Neil Samson is wonderful to deal with and is very customer focused. After almost 3 years, I was having difficulty with the top vanity drawer and so I called Monarch to ask for a service call. Neil came over personally and when he saw how the drawer mechanisms were working, he wasn't satisfied and decided to have 4 new drawers built and replaced no-charge. Needless to say, I was delighted! I would recommend Monarch not only for its product lines and cost competitiveness, but also for it's 5 star customer satisfaction policy. Deborah from Pickering
