I'll start with "go somewhere else". I've installed the blinds on the entire house back in 2018, a couple of months after there was an issue on one of the curtains and I tried to contact customer service and then COVID stated. I totally understand that there were several limitations due to COVID, but I even recommended them to a friend and they were able to install the curtains for them in no time but to fix mine is taking ages. Tried several things (emails, phone, mailbox, text, etc) but they always push me back using COVID as an excuse. As of now, I'm placing a complaint under Ontario Consumers Act to see if the matter gets resolved. If you want to file a complaint against these guys just go to the government of Ontario website and search for 'file consumer act complaint'
