I was extremely happy with the service. I did show another section I wanted repaired to the service guy, I believe his name was Mark. He measured the section which I believe was 11ft. He told me that I would need 2 x 8 ft material because they only come in 8ft. He did say it was different from the roof repair and he would ask the boss to send me a quote. I am still awaiting a response.
