I wanted my tiles replaced to update the house, 1 kitchen 2 bathrooms and an entry. Bal was professional and gave me a quote and began work that week. He recommended to add a membrane (I think it was called Ditra) rather than just replacing with more plywood. Overall I was happy with the service, he paid attention to detail and ensured the tiles were level and squared. Bal was an honest & sincere person who genuinely recommended products and educated me how they would save me money long term rather than doing a cheap fix now. Since the job Ive had recommended him to my parents for a Reno project as well.
