The representative asked me if they were babies or full-grown, so they could uderstand the ecosystem present in my house. (I hadn't thought of that!) So they knew their first visit worked, and the ones I was seeing now were new additions to the home. Pesterminate came, identified the problem immediately and did a non-intrusive dusting that killed off the remaining bugs. When I first discovered we cockroaches, my first response to be dismayed and even embarrassed. This company confidently told me that it's a manageable issue and took control of it. They were professional and friendly, and I've added them to my contacts in my phone. I have no reason to look elsewhere for extermination services.

When I first arrived, you had mentioned to me that you were going to change the kitchen counter. Knowing that some roaches would emerge after you changed the counter, I advised you to call me after you had done it, so as to fully eradicate the problem. For the first treatment, I went through all the steps completely so a light dusting would suffice for any future problems.
