I needed a new AC unit installed in my condo. George promptly responded to my inquiry. He came over and took a look at the existing unit to ensure it did in fact need to be replaced. He contacted the manufacturer to order the new unit for installation. He kept me updated constantly on the timeline and came to install when he said he would. He was very nice and professional and the unit is working very well.
