David was very capable of accurately assessing the tile roof and roof infrastructure for what repairs needed to be done. He then repaired what was necessary in a very complete and professional manner. This resulted in the fascia looking better and roof drainage functioning better. He operated in a safe, tidy and timely manner. He did not do unnecessary work, so the transaction was fair. I would highly recommend roof repairs done by Landmark Roofing.

The glass in the door cracked (cleaned on the inside with a damp cloth when it was still warm) and Budget Appliance got the part quickly. The whole door had to be replaced, the glass was not sold separately. They were very helpful.

Professional dryer vent cleaning service. Equipment used was top of the line, so the venting pipes remained intact. Took time and care and clogged vents were totally cleaned. The venting had a few 90 degree turns and extended across a ceiling. Prior to cleaning the top of the dryer would get very hot and the clothes took along time to dry and didn't smell fresh. Now the dryer stays cool and the clothes dry quickly and smell fresh. This dryer vent cleaning saved a possible fire or dryer element burnout. Also a savings on the electricity bill. Highly recommend everyone get their dryer vents cleaned.

After looking into various companies, this was the best choice. Completed in a day. The job was well done with care and completeness. They also repaired an exhaust hose while in the attic, much appreciated.

Researched various window replacements companies and found this company to offer great quality window products at a competitive price. Installed in one day. The new windows keep the house warmer in winter and cooler in summer and keep out exterior noise. They look more modern and add to the value of the house. I would not recommend getting the barrier product put on that is supposed to eliminate cleaning the exterior of the windows. Product was applied to the upper floor windows to save on cleaning using a ladder. This product does not keep the windows any cleaner than those on the ground level.

Furnace replacement done with a good quality product, good service and competitive price. Limited space to install and pipe exhaust to outside, however alterations made to suit all. Resulted in a savings in gas, house heats more evenly and quieter furnace.
