Rob was very helpful and quick
We were referred to Primocon by our Realtor and after meeting with the owner Robert one time, I knew he was honest, trustworthy and would be easy to work with. After doing our due diligence of meeting with other builders and Rob several more times these qualities we were looking for in a custom home builder quickly led us to choosing Primocon. During the design phase, Rob was very helpful and quick to turn around any changes we discussed which was important because we had a tight deadline for budgeting due to a pending closing on our land purchase/construction loan. During the build phase Rob was easy to get a hold of and again very easy to work with for any changes we had to the design and floor plan of our home. He provided us options based on his experience and allowed us to make decisions with no pressure. After the build is when you start to understand the builders character, and I can say Rob has continued his stand-up character by being available to address any questions or items that have come up without any complaint. We have been very happy with our decision to build with Primocon and are already in talks, planning an investment rental property we would like to build.
