Initially we were very impressed with the quick response from this company. Very nice to be given only a small window- 3 hours of when technician would arrive. Brendon, the technician did a thorough investigation and explained our options for fixing the problem in simple yet technical terms. No pressure tactics used and a very pleasant interaction on phone and in person. Would use them again for sure!
