What a wonderful company! From the moment we decided to get full length inserts, Barry and his team were helpful, efficient and customer friendly. Barry answered my (many) emails promptly and offered his advice and next steps, always making me feel knowledgable on the subject. We had our inserts installed today and could not be happier! The job was done in a timely manner, including a clean up and taking the old inserts away. Our doors needed to be altered in order to fit the inserts - this was done on-site without issue. Whatapane is a fabulous company to deal with. Friendly, knowledgable and with very reasonable prices. They deal with customers in a very postiive manner and go out of their way to make the experience go well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking. A very postiive experience :)
