Window specs ignored, Delivered Custom window for someone else's house
If it's custom...then it's made to the exact dimensions specified by us. Our Specs were not followed by you. Your window is much larger than the opening in our kitchen. You, Jonathan want to install anyway. As requested before please refund our money. Please have the huge window removed from our premises as soon as possible. $ 1,384.00 paid August 18, 2020 and $ 1,514.00 paid October 19, 2020 (this payment including shipping costs) COVID delayed us all but now is the time to correct this situation.
